There is a score you need to settle if you are planning to live in Canada. Its a point-based system that helps measure and score what you’ve written in your profile. There are certain criteria and specific numbers which are used and ceiling mark which you need to hit to be able to qualify and be added to the express entry pool. CRS gets your score based on the core set of points which will depend on your educational background, language ability and work experience and can sum up to 600. Other information that could contribute to additional marks include, Canadian degrees, diplomas or certificates, a valid job offer, a nomination from a province or territory a sibling who is a permanent resident or a citizen and other factors. The set of points for these additional data is also a full 600. A total of 1,200 can be obtained if all of these are met. Invitations are immediately sent to the highest-ranking candidates in the pool. An invitation means that you can apply to instantly as a permanent resident.
